Water affects 2nd Street at Iowa Street. Most of Le Claire Park is under water. Water affects Credit Island. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.9 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight and continue rising to 17.8 feet next Wednesday, July 03. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Thursday evening at 915 PM CDT.
