Water affects 2nd Street at Iowa Street. Most of Le Claire Park is under water. Water affects Credit Island. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 18.0 feet Thursday, July 04. Additional rises are expected thereafter. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
