Water affects the railroad tracks in Alexandria. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:10 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Tuesday morning and continue rising to 17.2 feet Friday, July 05. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
