Mississippi River at Bellevue LD12 affecting Carroll, Clinton, Jackson and Jo Daviess Counties. Mississippi River at Fulton LD13 affecting Clinton, Carroll and Whiteside Counties. Mississippi River at Ill. City LD16 affecting Rock Island and Muscatine Counties. Mississippi River at Muscatine affecting Mercer, Louisa, Rock Island and Muscatine Counties. Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Mercer, Louisa, Henderson and Des Moines Counties. Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Louisa and Mercer Counties. Mississippi River at Dubuque LD11 affecting Dubuque and Jo Daviess Counties. Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15 affecting Scott, Rock Island and Muscatine Counties. Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Lee, Hancock, Henderson and Des Moines Counties. Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des Moines Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects Rock Islands Sunset Marina parking lot and River Drive in Moline from the 2700 to 4800 block. Davenports Le Claire Park is entirely underwater. Water affects most of River Drive from Division to Federal. Water is also at the base of the loading docks of the 2nd Street Post Office. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 19.0 feet Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
