Missouri River At Brownville affecting Atchison and Nemaha Counties. Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Mills and Cass Counties. Missouri River At Omaha affecting Sarpy, Pottawattamie and Douglas Counties. Missouri River Near Blair affecting Harrison, Pottawattamie and Washington Counties. Missouri River At Decatur affecting Thurston, Burt and Monona Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Decatur. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Local marinas, boat docks and low lying areas begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 36.4 feet...or 1.4 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 37.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 21.3 feet Sunday, July 07. - Flood stage is 35.0 feet. Little Sioux River Near Turin affecting Monona County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Sioux River near Turin. * WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flooding may begin near the mouth of the river downstream of Interstate 29. Upstream of the Interstate the river is contained within the levee system. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.6 feet...or 1.6 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 27.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 15.9 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
