Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Mills and Cass Counties. Missouri River At Omaha affecting Pottawattamie, Sarpy and Douglas Counties. Missouri River Near Blair affecting Pottawattamie, Harrison and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Decatur. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Local marinas, boat docks and low lying areas begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 35.6 feet...or 0.6 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 36.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 23.7 feet Monday, July 08. - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
