Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Ray, Jackson and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Carroll and Saline Counties. Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Buchanan, Doniphan and Andrew Counties. Missouri River at Leavenworth affecting Platte and Leavenworth Counties. Missouri River above Parkville affecting Platte, Leavenworth and Wyandotte Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Howard and Saline Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Boone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly. * WHEN...Until Monday, July 08. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not protected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.9 feet Friday morning.
