Flood Warning issued June 26 at 10:17AM CDT until June 26 at 10:15PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Missouri, including the following counties, in north central Missouri, Chariton, Linn, Macon, Randolph and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1011 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Isolated rainfall amounts around 7 inches fell over the past 24 hours with a larger region receiving between 2 and 5 inches. In Macon County, State Route DD north of Macon and State Route HH south of Elmer are closed due to flooding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
